Commissioned project work

AI tools trusted inside European programme work.

Summit Studios is brought in as an external AI agency when project teams need a serious tool, not another innovation slide. These builds turned EU-funded methods, data, and stakeholder workflows into software people can actually use.

DigiTechPort2030 · Interreg South Baltic

Green Energy Transition Tool

Commissioned AI agency build

Commissioned by Klaipėda Science and Technology Park

Delivered as an external AI agency build for the EU co-funded DigiTechPort2030 project. Summit Studios was commissioned to design and build the tool, not to act as a project partner.

A decision-support web application that helps small and medium-sized ports plan green-energy transition scenarios with traceable calculations, role-based workflows, and plain-language AI interpretation.

Port teams enter structured data on operations, energy use, and equipment. A deterministic engine calculates baseline energy, emissions, cost, and a green-transition Port Score using the project's Green Energy Technology Compass method. The interface then models conservative, optimal, and risky transition pathways with adjustable investment, electrification, renewables, and time-horizon assumptions.

The build includes KPI dashboards, CO₂ trajectory charts, energy-mix views, a priority heatmap, financial projections, validated data collection, anonymised cross-port benchmarking, a GDPR-conscious data model, an admin module for reference data, WordPress integration, handover documentation, and long-term maintenance.

BIOCENTUM · URBIO BAUHAUS

AI Biodiversity Coach

Commissioned AI agency build

Commissioned for URBIO BAUHAUS

Built as a commissioned AI agency engagement for an Interreg Central Europe project applying the New European Bauhaus framework to urban biodiversity. The BIOCENTUM methodology and framework remain the project's own.

An AI-powered assistant that turns a demanding urban biodiversity framework into a guided experience for city administrations, pilot teams, and workshop facilitators.

The Coach guides users through establishing a local BIOCENTUM node, recommends stakeholder mixes using the quintuple-helix governance model, and adapts those recommendations to each city's biodiversity challenge.

It also supports World Café workshop design, session structuring, synthesis into city snapshots, biomimicry-inspired examples, urban targets, and concrete recommendations. An embedded methodology chat grounds answers in the project's own guidance. Built in React and deployed on Vercel as a free end-user tool.

What connects them

Credible AI work starts with respect for the method.

Calculation stays traceable

AI explains and helps users interpret, while formulas, source material, and project-owned methods remain visible.

Frameworks become usable

We translate dense EU, research, and policy material into guided tools that real operators can move through.

Stakeholders get aligned

Dashboards, admin modules, workshop flows, and handover docs help project teams keep momentum after launch.
